- 1 bunch kale
- 1 avocado
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Black pepper
Method
- 1 Massage the kale with a little oil.
- 2 Add the sliced avocado.
- 3 Whisk oil and lemon.
- 4 Dress and top with seeds.
