Ginger Tofu Stir-Fry
Tofu and vegetables stir-fried with plenty of fresh ginger.

Ingredients
- 1 block firm tofu
- 1 broccoli head
- 2 tbsp ginger
- 1 red pepper
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Method
- 1 Sear the cubed tofu until golden.
- 2 Stir-fry the vegetables with ginger.
- 3 Return the tofu.
- 4 Add soy sauce and sesame oil.
