  • 1 block firm tofu
  • 1 broccoli head
  • 2 tbsp ginger
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Method

  1. 1 Sear the cubed tofu until golden.
  2. 2 Stir-fry the vegetables with ginger.
  3. 3 Return the tofu.
  4. 4 Add soy sauce and sesame oil.
