Turmeric Cauliflower Bowl
Roasted turmeric cauliflower over greens with yogurt.

Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 4 cups greens
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon
Method
- 1 Toss the cauliflower with turmeric and oil.
- 2 Roast at 425F until golden.
- 3 Plate over greens.
- 4 Drizzle with yogurt and lemon.
