Broccoli and Almond Stir-Fry
Crisp broccoli stir-fried with garlic and toasted almonds.

Ingredients
- 1 broccoli head
- 1/3 cup almonds
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Method
- 1 Stir-fry the broccoli with garlic and ginger.
- 2 Toast the almonds in the pan.
- 3 Add soy sauce and sesame oil.
- 4 Toss and serve.
