Turmeric Chickpea Stew

Ingredients
- 2 cans chickpeas
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 4 cups spinach
- 1 cup tomato passata
- 1 onion
- 3 cups stock
Method
- 1 Saute the onion with turmeric.
- 2 Add chickpeas, passata, and stock.
- 3 Simmer 20 minutes.
- 4 Stir in the spinach.
