Salmon and Avocado Bowl
Flaked salmon over greens with avocado and seeds.

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 avocado
- 4 cups greens
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon
Method
- 1 Bake the salmon at 400F.
- 2 Flake it into chunks.
- 3 Build bowls with greens and avocado.
- 4 Top with salmon, seeds, and lemon.
