Baked Salmon with Spinach
Omega-3 rich salmon baked over a bed of spinach.

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 4 cups spinach
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic
- Black pepper
Method
- 1 Bake the salmon at 400F for 14 minutes.
- 2 Wilt the spinach with garlic.
- 3 Plate the spinach.
- 4 Top with salmon and lemon.
