Ingredients
- 6 cups spinach
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1 orange
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- Black pepper
Method
- 1 Toast the walnuts.
- 2 Pile the spinach into a bowl.
- 3 Whisk oil, orange juice, and vinegar.
- 4 Dress and top with walnuts.
