Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale
- 4 cups spinach
- 1 onion
- 4 cups stock
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon
Method
- 1 Soften the onion in oil.
- 2 Add greens and stock.
- 3 Simmer 15 minutes.
- 4 Blend smooth and finish with lemon.
