Trout with Almond Crust
Trout fillets baked with a crunchy almond topping.

Ingredients
- 4 trout fillets
- 1/3 cup almonds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon
- Fresh parsley
- Black pepper
Method
- 1 Place the trout on a lined tray.
- 2 Top with crushed almonds and oil.
- 3 Bake at 400F for 12 minutes.
- 4 Finish with lemon and parsley.
