Mixed Berry Chia Pudding
A make-ahead chia pudding layered with mixed berries.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 1.5 cups milk
- 1 cup berries
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp honey
- Handful of nuts
Method
- 1 Stir chia, milk, and vanilla.
- 2 Chill until set, about two hours.
- 3 Layer with berries.
- 4 Top with nuts and honey.
