Ingredients
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup berries
- 1 banana
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tsp honey
Method
- 1 Add everything to a blender.
- 2 Blend until smooth.
- 3 Adjust with a splash of milk.
- 4 Pour and serve cold.
